Thiago Motta has made some specific requests to Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli ahead of the summer transfer window, not wanting to lose two players.

The Italian-Brazilian coach will soon take over at the Old Lady following the end of his time with Bologna, having decided not to renew his contract with the club despite taking them to the Champions League for the first time in six decades.

Juventus are preparing for an important summer transfer window as they look to revitalise the squad ahead of their return to the Champions League. The club will also take part in the revamped Club World Cup in the summer of 2025.

Thiago Motta requests to Juventus

Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com details how Thiago Motta has asked Juventus to find a way to keep Adrien Rabiot, not wanting to lose the French midfielder on a free transfer this summer. Giuntoli will soon offer the 29-year-old a two-year deal worth €7m net per season.

The imminent Bianconeri coach has also asked the Old Lady to find a way to retain Gleison Bremer, not wanting the defender to be sold in the coming months. The plan is to sell unneeded players like Dean Huijsen, Matias Soule, Fabio Miretti and Weston McKennie to generate resources.
