Theo Hernandez committed his future to Milan after celebrating his 100th appearance in their jersey. ‘Wishing to play 100 and 100 and 100 more.’

The left-back remains in doubt for tomorrow’s big clash with Napoli after suffering from flu symptoms this week.

He was back in training today and received a memento to mark his 100th appearance in the Rossoneri jersey, presented to him by club director and Theo’s hero Paolo Maldini.

“Proud to be Rossonero,” wrote Theo Hernandez on social media.

“Wishing to play 100 and 100 and 100 more. #SempreMilan”

The 24-year-old joined Milan from Real Madrid for €21.5m in the summer of 2019 and his current contract runs to June 2024.

He has been in negotiations for an extension, as his transfer value has at least doubled, with interest from Paris Saint-Germain in particular.

His form for Milan has allowed him to become a full France international, amassing four senior caps and one goal.

So far this season, Theo Hernandez has made 19 competitive appearances for the Rossoneri, scoring one goal and providing five assists.

  1. Forza Theo and Milan, but if have learned anything recently it’s that nowadays talks are cheap. I believe it when he signs an extension.
