La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Massimiliano Allegri has warned his Juventus players that Champions League qualification ‘is not yet guaranteed’ and insisted they must raise ‘attention’ in the next matches.

Juventus have only earned two points in the last four games, losing to Inter and Udinese and drawing against Empoli and Hellas Verona.

The Bianconeri resumed training on Monday and according to Gazzetta, Allegri spoke to his players before working out.

“We must quickly return to being what we used to be before this negative period, especially in terms of mentality and attention,” the Livorno-born tactician reportedly told his players.

“We must not give up because Champions League qualification is not yet guaranteed.”

Juventus have conceded 1.25 goals per game on average in the last four matches, but remain the less-beaten defence in Serie A after Inter.

They host strugglers Frosinone at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday. Eusebio Di Francesco’s side earned only one point in the last four Serie A games.

Juventus still sit second in the table despite recent poor results. However, Serie A leaders Inter are nine points above the Bianconeri with a game in hand.
