La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Dusan Vlahovic only had nine touches against Sampdoria yesterday and is the most offside player in Serie A.

The Serbia international struggled at Marassi, where he only had three touches in the first half and six more in the second, bringing the tally to just nine touches in more than 90 minutes. According to Gazzetta, the ex-Fiorentina man often looked frustrated due to the lack of services from his teammates.

Vlahovic was decisive in the second half when he assisted Adrien Rabiot for the potential opener, but the Serbian striker was offside so the goal was disallowed following a VAR check.

Dusan is now the most offside player in Serie A, reports Gazzetta, as he was spotted beyond the opposing already six times in two games.

The Serbia international netted twice in the Serie A opener against Sassuolo last week but failed to find the net against Samp. This coming Saturday, Juventus host José Mourinho’s Roma at the Allianz Stadium.

  1. That’s because when you make a run and the ball is played to you 5 minutes later – you’re going to be offside.
Not his fault he’s playing at normal speed and Allegri has the team playing in slow-motion

  2. CALMAAA!!!

Dusan will soon be leaving the 7/9. Like Ronaldo you can see the frustration already brewing. He only has himself to blame. He should have known what he was getting into. Under PhD Max 1-3 touches is his future.
