The goalkeeper was only playing because Gianluigi Donnarumma was suspended, but made several big saves to keep his team in it until the stoppage-time Christian Eriksen free kick.
“I am in good shape, I take care of myself, so if there isn’t an injury, I hope to play on for another five or six years. I am a professional, I train every day to my best so that I’m ready when called upon.”
The match was overshadowed by the brawl between Romelu Lukaku and Ibrahimovic.
“These things happen, it’s not the first time two players have clashed. I didn’t hear what they said.”
Now out of the Coppa Italia, Milan are still top of Serie A and in the Europa League knockouts.
“If we are top of the table, it means we deserve to be there. Now we must win the next game with Bologna and try to stay there for as long as possible.
“It wasn’t easy to play after the defeat to Atalanta, but we showed we have strong character and left that behind us. Unfortunately, we didn’t win, but we showed our character in this game.”
