The former striker took over from Roberto Donadoni this summer, having taken Venezia from Serie C to the Serie B play-offs in just two seasons.
“Pippo will bring Bologna higher,” Tacopina told Corriere dello Sport.
“He’s very well-prepared, he studied everything even in the Lega Pro: he studies players, games, everything.
