“In Italy, I feel at home. It’s been six years that I’ve been here. I’m also improving my grasp of the language.
“Sometimes I hear some Portuguese words. Going to the cinema has helped me a lot.
“The party for Totti’s goodbye? Emotional. He was nervous in training all week.
“Before Roma-Genoa, we were in the dressing room and Francesco told us, ‘If I don’t score a penalty, I’ll shoot the ball into the curva.’
“Luckily there was no penalty and he only launched the ball into the curva after the game.
“Totti’s a great person, he deserved much more than that party. He’s someone that helps the needy so much, sick children, without knowing anything outside [football].
“We’re honoured to have played alongside him at Roma this past season.
“He could’ve won a lot with other clubs. Technically there are few in the world like him, he puts the ball wherever he wants from so far out.
“Juve’s defeat in the Champions League Final? I was a Real Madrid fan. In Italy, with Inter, I learned to hate Juve.
“I gave up the chance to join Juve once before, out of respect to Inter fans.
“On social media, I always said that I was against them in this Final, then the Juventini wrote to me about everything.
“Alisson? He's fine, unfortunately he’s not played much, only in the Coppa Italia and in the Europa League, but I think he’ll be a starter next season because Szczesny thinks he’s going to Juve.
“My life? I like to stay in Milan more than Rome because it’s quieter. In Rome, there’s no public transport and the gardens in the city aren’t preserved well.
“How will Roma’s mercato go? We still don’t have a Coach, Spalletti went to Inter. I think Di Francesco, the Sassuolo Coach, will arrive.”
