It’s reported Benfica goalkeeper Mile Svilar has already passed his medical with Roma and signed the contract until June 2027.
He will be a free agent when his current contract with the Portuguese giants expires on June 30.
The 22-year-old was born in Antwerp and has played for Belgium at all the youth levels before switching allegiances to Serbia, earning his only senior cap in September 2021.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Svilar has already undergone his medical tests with the Giallorossi and put pen to paper on the contract that will run until June 2027.
Svilar is expected to be the understudy to first choice shot-stopper Rui Patricio at the Stadio Olimpico next season.
