Diop, a 19-year-old forward, has been given his punishment for violent conduct in Toro’s 4-3 loss at Cagliari.
Legrottaglie, meanwhile, has been reprimanded for the way he reacted to his dismissal in the 2-1 win at Parma.
Ten other players have been given a one-match ban which means they will be unavailable for the Week 27 fixtures.
They are: Contini, Cazzola (Atalanta), Bellusci (Catania), Hetemaj (Chievo), Matuzalem, Granqvist (Genoa), Ranocchia (Inter), Mexes (Milan), Aronica (Palermo), Ogbonna (Torino).
