Sevilla were obliged to turn Suso’s loan deal permanent after they qualified for Europe’s elite club competition, and the attacking midfielder is excited about what the future holds.
“Playing the Champions League was my childhood dream. Now it’s come true. Thank you, Sevilla,” he wrote on Instagram.
However, he made sure to show the Rossoneri his appreciation after five years with them.
“And thank you Milan, you’ve been my family for years. Forever a Rossonero.”
Milan will earn around €24m from selling the 26-year-old, after they paid Liverpool just €1.3m to sign him in January 2015.
