The injury seemed to be a muscular one but DAZN had then reported that Belotti got injured at the same knee where he had picked up a knock against Lazio before the break.

As DAZN reports, Inter players were taken by surprise as they stared at Belotti on his way to the bench before the beginning of the game. They didn't know the 26-year-old had got injured
The Italy striker tried to continue the training session but had to raise the white flag shortly before the kick-off.
Belotti was replaced by Simone Zaza who netted the opener for the Granata.
"I have a great relationship with him, I knew he's had this problem since a few days," Zaza told DAZN after the first half.
Torino have four players out of action due to Covid and also their coach Marco Giampaolo has contracted the virus.
Simone Verdi did also pick up an injury and was forced off the pitch during the first half.
