The big match between reigning Serie A champions Juventus and the Coppa Italia winners Napoli will take place at Sassuolo’s home pitch this winter.

A statement confirmed by the Partenopei has revealed it will be carried out on January 20 at the Mapei Stadium.

Napoli and Juventus have met twice in the Supercoppa Italiana previously and the Bianconeri came out on top in a 4-2 win after extra time in 2012, whilst Napoli got revenge when they won on penalties in 2014.

It’s the fourth time Napoli participate in the Supercoppa Italiana and they have won two of their three appearances so far.

Juventus, who lost in the Final against Lazio last term, have won the Supercoppa Italiana eight times and lost seven in their 15 appearances so far.
