Croatian FA President Davor Suker was “angry” at the presence of a swastika on the pitch against Italy.
Tonight’s Euro 2016 qualifier was played behind closed doors because of previous crowd trouble, including racist chants against Norway.
“It is incredible playing behind closed doors. It is an important game for Italy and Croatia, so I hope we both go to the Euros,” Suker told Rai Sport.

Incredibly, reporters and the FIGC representatives spotted a Swastika etched into the turf. It was partially scrubbed out at half-time.
“We will talk about it tomorrow. Am I angry? Yes.”
