Former Inter Coach Andrea Stramaccioni believes the Nerazzurri will fight for the Scudetto this season.

“If I’m talking from the heart, I can say that this could be a very positive year, because Inter – along with Roma – have shown they can finally be competitive,” Stramaccioni said.

“It’s still very early to be talking about it, but Inter and Roma have shown that they can cause problems for the Italian champions, Juventus.
“It shouldn’t be underestimated that Inter aren’t in Europe this year either, so compared to their direct rivals they have more time to prepare for matches.”
