Lazio still have a couple of major doubts going into the clash with Milan after a flu outbreak at the training ground.

It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).

The last few days have been troubled at the Formello ground, as at one stage eight players were missing due to flu symptoms.

They appear to have tested negative for COVID-19, but despite the protocols to keep that virus under control, this bug seemingly ran amok in Rome.

That emergency eased today, with reports suggesting Thomas Strakosha, Pepe Reina, Stefan Radu, Danilo Cataldi, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Raul Moro were back in training this afternoon.

Patric is working separately due to a calf issue, but could still push Luiz Felipe for a starting spot in defence.

According to LaLazioSiamoNoi, there remain some big concerns over Adam Marusic and goalkeeper Strakosha, who have struggled more than the others to make a full recovery.

Pedro is still out injured, so it’s Felipe Anderson, Ciro Immobile and Mattia Zaccagni upfront again.
