“I’m sorry [for Castori], that’s football,” Stellone told Radio24.
“When you’re not getting results it’s quicker to change the Coach than the squad.”
Stellone also gave his Scudetto tips and named three sides as the main contenders.
“Napoli have played well, but for the Scudetto, the teams I think are best-equipped at the moment are Roma, Fiorentina and Inter.”
