The youngest tactician in Serie A this season was celebrating last night after a 1-1 draw at the Juventus Stadium.
“I received messages from many of my former teammates and friends,” Stellone told RTL 102.5 radio.
“We had been going through a rough time with no points in the table, but this point will go down in history because it is the first ever earned by Frosinone in Serie A, but also because it was against a side like Juventus.
“How did Frosinone get into the top flight? It’s not an issue of money, even though logically we cannot compete on the transfer market with the big clubs, but rather the result of planning over several years. The President was also smart to choose the right players and directors.
“We brought four or five players up through the youth academy too, something that lately hasn’t been happening at other clubs.”
Stellone is no stranger to Serie A, as he regularly found the net during his playing days as a striker.
“I dream of securing safety with Frosinone, then in future I’d like to be the Coach of some of the clubs where I was already a player, so my preference would be Napoli, Torino and Genoa.”
