Coach Aurelio Andreazzoli chose Bogdan Lobont for the gloves in that game, leaving Zdenek Zeman’s favoured goalkeeper Mauro Goicoechea as third choice.

Daniele De Rossi limped off during the Siena match with an ankle problem and did not take part in today’s training session, as he underwent physiotherapy instead.
