Milan star Rafael Leao has contributed to 13 goals in 17 games across all competitions in 2024, making him the most decisive Serie A player this year.
Rafael Leao has scored seven goals and provided six assists in 17 appearances across all competitions this season and no other Serie A player has more goal contributions than the Portuguese star this year, Il Corriere dello Sport highlights.
Leao’s goal against PSG in a Champions League group stage game in November 2023, was his only strike between September and February, but the Portuguese has been proving his worth in the second part of the campaign.
He has scored three times in four Europa League matches and provided two assists. He also scored against Cagliari and Atalanta in Coppa Italia.
Since the start of 2024, he has delivered four assists and scored two goals in 11 league appearances, resulting in the Serie A player with the most goal contributions across all competitions since January.
Milan sit second in the Serie A table and have qualified for the Europa League quarter-finals, where they’ll meet Serie A rivals Roma. The first leg will be played at San Siro on Thursday, April 11.
