Reports say Inter man Dejan Stankovic is all set to become the next Red Star Belgrade coach.
FcInterNews.it and Corriere dello Sport claim Stankovic will be presented by Red Star on Saturday, signing a two-and-a-half-year contract worth €400,000 a season.
This will be the 41-year-old’s first proper managerial position, having so far worked as just an assistant to Andrea Stramaccioni at Udinese in 2014-15.
Since retiring from professional football in 2013, he has also worked as both a team co-ordinator and youth-team coach for Inter.

He will replace Vladan Milojevic, who was sacked for failing to lead the Serbian side into at least the Europa League knockouts from their Champions League group.
Despite that, they are 11 points clear of city rivals Partizan Belgrade at the top of the Serbian League.
