Dejan Stankovic has the Scudetto in his sights and wants Inter to beat Cagliari tonight “to put pressure on Milan.”
The Serb midfielder is expected to start this evening and mark his 200th Serie A match in a Nerazzurri shirt.
“It's a great achievement and doesn't make me feel old, just happy,” he told Inter Channel.
“I am a ‘senator' of the old guard at Inter, one of the family. I wish I could celebrate it with a goal.

“It was great to make my comeback after three weeks out and the 2-1 victory at Fiorentina was important to close in on Milan. The Scudetto race is wide open and there's a long way to go until the end of the season.
“Besides, when you win, it acts like penicillin on body and mind, helping you to feel stronger.”
Inter welcome Cagliari and hope to close the five-point gap from leaders Milan, but also prepare for their Champions League clash with Bayern Munich.
“We've got to have a good performance against Cagliari and get the result to put pressure on Milan,” continued Stankovic.
“We are playing a lot at the moment and in the end the tiredness does catch up with you. Against Bayern we have to keep a clean sheet and know we've got the quality to punish them in attack.”
