Spezia winger Daniele Verde has kept his promise to dye his beard white if his team managed to avoid relegation from Serie A.
The 25-year-old made the pledge on DAZN several months ago and proved a crucial figure in their top flight security after scoring eight goals and providing six assists in 32 appearances this season.
A product of the Roma youth academy who amongst others has also played for Real Valladolid and AEK Athens, Verde maintained the promise and will be sporting a newly-bleached beard for the final game against Napoli on Sunday.
