According to Sky Sport Italia, the Serie A newcomers are ready to strengthen their defence with a pair of purchases.
Ismajli turns 24 later this month and is a centre-back, but also able to play at right-back.
The Albania international has been at Hajduk Split since 2016 and Sportitalia maintain the deal is worth €2m.
