Luciano Spalletti might have hinted he’s leaving Napoli, but he will remember the club and their Scudetto forever after getting his Fiat Panda a custom paint job.
The coach won his first ever Serie A title, which was also the third for the Partenopei, ending a 33-year wait in the city that is so passionate about the sport.
Spalletti has never been one for big spending or expensive, fancy vehicles, so he has decided to simply pimp his current ride, that reliable Fiat Panda.
Neapolitan journalist Carlo Alvino shared the image of Spalletti’s custom paint job reflecting the Scudetto, with Napoli colours, the Italian flag as the sky swirling around the panorama of Vesuvius and a big 3 for their third title.
It also has Spalletti’s own quote from a few weeks ago, when the tournament was not yet clinched: ‘Strong men, strong desitinies!!!’
Even if Spalletti does leave Napoli for a sabbatical season, he will always have a car to remember the city by.
