Luciano Spalletti warns Roma “have to switch gears” because they’ve “already conceded too much” to Juventus.
The Giallorossi, along with Napoli, have been the Bianconeri’s closest challengers in recent years, but are five points behind already this season.
“Juventus have been strong to open up this little gap,” Spalletti told reporters outside of a meeting of Coaches, captains and referees today.

“Juventus have been strong to open up this little gap,” Spalletti told reporters outside of a meeting of Coaches, captains and referees today.
“We have to switch gears, because we’ve already conceded too much of a margin. I like that there’s already this fight, because it will come down to the quality of each team.”
Spalletti also discussed his expectations for today’s summit.
“I expect to learn what the new rules are, how they’ll be applied on the pitch. More light is always better.
“Referees are like wine, there are some bad years and some good years. I think this is a good year, because we have a dozen referees with over 100 games behind them.”
