Roma Radio has now reported that Spalletti has told the club that he would be willing to leave if they decide to renew Totti’s contract.

The 57-year-old signed a deal until June 2017 in January, but a poor relationship with the captain could be enough to see him walk out early.

The former Zenit boss has made an impressive impact since his arrival, taking the club into third place with an average of 1.94 points per game.
