Luciano Spalletti’s assistant manager at Zenit said it would be “fantastic” if they replaced Rafa Benitez at Napoli.
Spalletti was fired by Zenit, but remains under contract until the end of the season along with his assistant Daniele Baldini.
“I would love to work at Napoli, even if that meant the lowest of the youth team rankings,” Baldini told Radio Crc.
“As a player I hoped to join Napoli and now I have the same wish as a Coach. It would be absolutely fantastic.

“Spalletti is studying in Miami right now and we haven’t discussed work, but Napoli would be a dream come true.
“I’d certainly be honoured to be his assistant manager on the Napoli bench.”
Benitez’s contract is up in June and he has repeatedly refused to discuss his future, but most believe he will walk away from the Stadio San Paolo.
