Goalkeeper Stefano Sorrentino says he's happy at Palermo and looks forward to a contract renewal.
The 36-year-old has defended the goal for the Rosanero since January 2013, and has a contract until next summer that he is hoping to extend.
“I haven't started talks about a contract renewal, we'll discuss that at the end of the season,” he told Gianluca Di Marzio.
“I'll meet with the President [Maurizio Zamparini] and we'll see, but there haven't been any meetings yet.

“I'm perfectly happy here and I hope to go on for a long time. The captain's armband here is important.”
Sorrentino was also asked about the Sicilian side's season as a whole.
“We had an excellent season, bearing in mind that we've only just been promoted to Serie A.
“I'd say that our season went beyond our expectations. In our last game against Roma we'll give it our all, playing at the Olimpico is an incentive in and of itself.
“Regrets? There are always a few, but we've shown that we are a team, and we have developed many young players.”
