Torino are completing their double deal with Atalanta, as Duvan Zapata and Brandon Soppy arrive for a total of up to €17m.

The transfer deadline in Serie A is on Friday at 19.00 UK time (18.00 GMT), so any purchases must be made before then.

Late this evening, Atalanta announced they have sent wing-back Soppy to Torino on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.

The cost of that operation is believed to be circa €7m.

Meanwhile, Atalanta striker Duvan Zapata is currently in Turin and was filmed by Sky Sport Italia entering the offices of President Urbano Cairo.

He was accompanied by his son and met by director of sport Davide Vagnati.

That is a permanent transfer reported to be worth €8m plus another €2m in add-ons.

Atalanta have already replaced Soppy with the arrival of Emil Holm, on loan with option to buy from Spezia.

Alessandro Buongiorno was meant to make the move from Torino to Atalanta, but he refused to leave his beloved Granata.
