Inter will be without goalkeeper Yann Sommer for tomorrow’s Serie A match against Lecce after suffering from flu, so Emil Audero steps in.
The match kicks off at the Stadio Via del Mare on Sunday at 17.00 GMT.
There were concerns for Sommer over the last couple of days, but Sky Sport Italia report the Switzerland international left the training camp early and was sent home to recuperate.
It means he is not even making the journey to Lecce, so Audero is next in line to take the gloves.
This will be Audero’s Serie A debut in the Inter jersey, having made only two appearances for the club in the Champions League and Coppa Italia.
Those were the 3-3 draw with Benfica and 2-1 defeat in extra time to Bologna.
Inter will also be without injured Marcus Thuram for this match, while Alessandro Bastoni could be rested, as he is one yellow card away from suspension.
Simone Inzaghi has to rotate the squad to a degree, as their rescheduled Serie A match against Atalanta is on Wednesday.
