Barcelona director Albert Soler confirms they are in “legal process” with Santos over Gabigol.
The Brazilian forward joined Inter in the summer transfer window, but the Catalan side believe the deal violated their option of first refusal, as they allegedly weren’t given three days to make a bid.
“The club is in the legal process,” Soler confirmed at Paco Alcacer’s official presentation.

“We had an option of first refusal which Santos didn’t comply with. We’ll studying all legal possibilities to pursue our case, but it’s a legal matter, not a sporting one.”
