Juventus directors met Paul Pogba’s representative today, shortly before Paulo Dybala’s farewell to the Bianconeri fans at the Allianz Stadium.

The Argentina and France internationals are close friends and many Juventus fans dreamed of seeing them together at the Allianz Stadium in 2022-23. However, Dybala will be leaving Turin at the end of his contract in June and Pogba will do the same, walking out of Old Trafford as a free agent for the second time in his career.

Juventus informed La Joya that they would not extend his contract in March and have been linked with many stars who could replace the 28-year-old.

Pogba is among the options and the Frenchman’s representative Rafaela Pimenta, met Juventus in Turin today. Pogba is keen to return to Turin, where he still has many friends and teammates from his first spell at the club. However, PSG are also interested in the 29-year-old and have the financial resources to outbid the Old Lady.

The France star could be offered Dybala’s No.10, the same shirt he wore in 2015-16, his final season in Turin. Dybala was then given the No.10 in the following campaign and has kept the same number for the remainder of his time at the Allianz Stadium.

Paulo and Paul could cross paths and swap shirts again in the summer and today is a key day for the future of both players. Despite their close connection on and off the pitch, they won’t meet again at the Allianz Stadium. Dybala will bid his farewell to the Allianz Stadium in tonight’s Serie A clash against Lazio, while Pogba will know the offer from Juventus and start considering a possible return to Turin.
