Tottenham defender Destiny Udogie is expected to make his debut as a starter for Italy against England at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday.

The former Udinese left-back made his senior Italy debut on Saturday in a 4-0 win over Malta in Bari.

According to Sky Sport Italia, he will make his Azzurri debut as a starter in tomorrow’s game against England at Wembley Stadium.

Italy CT Luciano Spalletti said on Monday that Udogie’s physicality could be helpful for Italy against the Three Lions, confirming the 20-year-old could be included in the starting XI against England tomorrow.

Spalletti is expected to make several changes to Italy’s starting line-up following Saturday’s comfortable victory against Malta.

Gianluigi Donnarumma will be confirmed in goal, while Nicolò Barella will start in central midfield and Domenico Berardi will get the nod on the right wing after scoring a brace against Malta.

All the other players will change. Udogie will replace Federico Dimarco, while Gianluca Scamacca is expected to start up front in place of Giacomo Raspadori.

Italy’s probable line-up vs. England: (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Di Lorenzo, Scalvini, Acerbi, Udogie; Barella, Cristante, Frattesi; Berardi, Scamacca, El Shaarawy.
