French paper L’Equipe suggests Inter and PSG have reached an agreement over Milan Skriniar, but according to Sky Sport Italia, the two clubs haven’t yet shaken hands.

The Slovakia international seems to be on the verge of joining the Ligue 1 giants, but negotiations have been ongoing for several weeks.

Skriniar has already agreed personal terms with the Ligue 1 giants and his contract runs out in June 2023.

The Nerazzurri must sell one of their stars in the summer, earning at least €60m from the Mercato.

L’Equipe reported in the morning that the two clubs had reached an agreement over the defender’s price tag, so Skriniar would move to the Parc des Princes for €60m plus €5m add-ons.

However, according to Sky Sport Italia, the two clubs haven’t yet agreed on the player’s transfer fee and negotiations are still ongoing.

The Italian broadcasters admit that Inter have lowered their demands and could sell Skriniar for €65-70m rather than €80m which was their initial asking price.

8 thought on “Sky: Still no agreement between Inter and PSG over Skriniar”
  1. De Ligt to Bayern, Koulibaly to Chelsea – few top quality defenders left on the market, Inter should milk P$G the best possible way.

  2. Inter management are so greedy to hold skriniar
PSG are rich club but no fool, they know that skriniar is running out of contract so he is not worth even 50 mils.
PSG may look elsewhere even fight for de ligt because de ligt far more valuable than skriniar or maybe bremer/nkounde/pau torres

  3. It is true Skriniar is in his last year of contract, but he already agreed for an extension if he is not sold. Of course, nothing is set in stone until signed and we know how things change in football but I understand Inter has no real intention of selling him, it is just business. However, this delay does not run in Inter’s favour since Bremer price is going up and there are few options with reliability in the market. And don’t forget De Vrij will be free in 2023, no offers for him and he already let Inter know that he won’t renew…

  4. So be it. Just keep Skriniar and extend his contract for another 5 years. He has agreed for 5-6M/year. Offer the same figure for DeVrij but shorter duration. If he doesn’t accept then Inter can try to sell him for 20M or just let him go next year. We also got him for free anyway and he has served us well with only 3-4M/year. With SDV and Skri staying, we can let Bremer stay in Turin until January 23 and pay his 15-20M release clause. Give the guy extra 10M signing fee or more salary to ensure he’ll be waiting for us.

  5. I don’t really get the need for Inter to sell anyways. He already agreed to extend his contract and didn’t want to leave. They sell and then they have to replace him with Bremer who could run close to 50mil? This is starting to smell like the stupid merry go around of transfers that happen every year in Serie A. Inter should stick to their guns and not lower their price at all. PSG can go f themselves if they don’t want to pay the money. They are the fat cows here being run by idiotic management.

  6. Inter need to sell to record profits and then buy bremer whose contract will be amortized over the duration of the contract.. it’s all about financial statements and showing that the club is making profits

  7. Skinner black is not worth more then 10 million and is overrated. Only won the covid scudetto after 10 years and is a joke of a Defender. Inters Chinese over lords should be happy with 10 million
