Napoli striker Victor Osimhen is reportedly considering a new offer from Saudi Pro League side Al-Ahli, despite recent advances from Premier League outfit Chelsea.

Osimhen receives new offer from Saudi Arabia

According to reports from Sky Sport Italia, Al-Ahli have presented a second offer to the Nigerian centre-forward. Gianluca Di Marzio claims that the Saudi Pro League outfit are willing to offer Osimhen a four-year contract worth €30m in wages per season.

Reports over the weekend suggested that Al-Ahli were prepared to offer Napoli €70m to sign Osimhen, almost half of the €130m release clause in his contract.

The player and his agent are now evaluating the offer and considering their best steps. Napoli remain adamant that they will close a sale before the end of the transfer window later this week.

The offer from Saudi Arabia follows renewed interest from Chelsea.

Reports on Tuesday night claimed that the Premier League outfit were prepared to offer Osimhen a similar set of personal terms to the ones he earns on his current Napoli contract. That would be around €10m per season.

Chelsea are also understood to be willing to pay around the same price tag as Al-Ahli offered, around €70m.
