Sky Sport Italia reveals what José Mourinho told his players following last night’s 4-0 loss to Udinese, adding that Tammy Abraham ‘flopped’ in the game attended by England coach Gareth Southgate.

The Three Lions boss was in the stands at the Dacia Arena to monitor the England striker in the Giallorossi’s humiliating defeat last night.

Abraham didn’t find the net and suffered a shoulder injury which will be assessed in the coming days. However, the ex-Chelsea starlet should be available for the next Serie A game with Empoli. At least, that’s what José Mourinho hopes, as Andrea Belotti is not fully fit, while Eldor Shomurodov is not exactly in the Special One’s plans.

Mourinho reportedly told his players today that he expects a different approach in the next game against Ludogorets in Europa League.

The Portuguese coach wasn’t happy with almost anything his players showed in Udine and was particularly annoyed with the last two goals conceded in just seven minutes. Mourinho wants to see an improvement in terms of mentality and physical shape starting from Thursday’s Europa League opener in Bulgaria.
