Inter are reportedly struggling to reach an agreement with Lautaro Martinez and won’t exclude a sale, with Arsenal interested in the Argentine striker.

The 23-year-old has two years left on his deal with the Nerazzurri but has been discussing new terms with the club and Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports the former Racing Club star can leave Inter this summer.

The report believes Inter are in difficulty and that Arsenal are monitoring his situation at San Siro, whilst Simone Inzaghi looks to Joaquin Correa as his possible replacement at the Giuseppe Meazza.

Lautaro’s future at the Beneamata is yet to be decided and the situation concerning the Argentina international is constantly evolving, according to Sky Sport Italia.

The contractual situation is still unresolved, and a possible transfer is not excluded if a big offer arrives for the former Barcelona target.

Inter are struggling to meet his demands after Lautaro changed agent and his situation makes him attractive for clubs with good financial resources.

Arsenal were the first to come forward and there has already been talks between the two parties, but others might emerge in the coming days.

The reports claims Inter are thus looking around for a possible replacement, given that the hunt for their Argentine star is starting, and the management look for potential alternatives in the youngster’s role.

Joaquin Correa, who is leaving Lazio, is a name that has emerged due to his connection with Simone Inzaghi and Di Marzio believes Inter are following his situation closely.
