Sky Sport Italia reports that Inter are closely monitoring Roma centre-back Gianluca Mancini as contract talks between the Italian and the Giallorossi are on hold.
Defending Serie A champions Inter have set their sights on Roma defender Mancini, according to Sky Sport Italia.
Inter eye deal for Roma star Mancini
Mancini is under contract with the Giallorossi until June 2027, but talks between the two parties are stalling.
Inter are reportedly keeping a close eye on the situation and are ready to make a formal proposal if negotiations don’t progress in the coming weeks.

Inter are looking for a new centre-back in the summer, and Udinese’s Oumar Solet remains on their radar too.
Inter, however, have yet to make a formal bid for the Bianconeri centre-back, as Udinese director Inler has exclusively told Football Italia.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter club management and coach Cristian Chivu agree that either Mancini or Solet would be an ideal reinforcement for the defence in 2026-27.
Meantime, right-back Denzel Dumfries is set to join Real Madrid as the Merengues are ready to pay his €20m clause.
