Sky: Inter agree Giroud terms

Inter have agreed terms with Olivier Giroud, claim Sky Sport Italia, as the Chelsea forward’s agents met with Nerazzurri directors today.

Sky Sport Italia had video footage of the agents entering and leaving the Inter headquarters in Milan.

However, these are personal terms based only on a January transfer.

The main problem is that Chelsea want €8-10m for Giroud, whereas the Serie A side are offering around half that, and the Stamford Bridge outfit do not intend to give Antonio Conte any discounts.

Giroud will be a free agent in the summer, but it’s reported Inter only want him in this January window and are offering a two-and-a-half-year contract.

Gianluca Di Marzio claims of all the proposals Giroud has received, he would favour Inter.
