Sky Sport Italia reports Hellas Verona have decided to part ways with Eusebio Di Francesco after only three games.

With zero points from three games, Gianluca Di Marzio reports patron Maurizio Setti is ready to sack Di Francesco, who has a contract until June 2023.

The report reveals Di Francesco has been told to empty his office after three fatal defeats for the former Sampdoria and Cagliari coach.

Di Francesco: ‘Verona are not in trouble’

Di Francesco said the Gialloblu ‘are not in trouble’ after the 1-0 defeat to Bologna on Monday night, but Verona are reportedly not ready to wait for the coach to turn things around.

Rolando Maran, who was in the stands during the game against the Rossoblu at the Renato Dall’Ara is mentioned as a possible candidate to replace the former Sassuolo and Roma coach.

But Sky Sport Italia claims Igor Tudor is the favourite to take over at the Bentegodi, as Verona have reportedly decided to sack Di Francesco.

The 52-year-old was sacked by Sampdoria after only seven League games in 2019, while he lasted for 26 competitive games with Cagliari last season.
