Sky Sport Italia report Roma, Napoli and Juventus are all in total agreement for Arkadiusz Milik to join the Giallorossi and Edin Dzeko the Bianconeri.

The deal is said to be done, as Dzeko had already agreed personal terms with Juve worth €7.5m per season plus bonuses and the transfer fee for €15m.

Milik was holding up the situation by resisting Roma, but today his agent had a five-hour meeting with the Giallorossi at the Trigoria training ground to resolve those doubts.

The only remaining step now is for Milik to extend his contract with Napoli to June 2022.

That is purely a guarantee, so that he can join Roma on loan with obligation to buy – thus spreading the cost over two seasons – for a total of €18m plus up to €7m in bonuses.

Sportitalia maintain the deal also involves two Roma youth players going to Napoli.

Sky Sport Italia report all three clubs have agreed and they could complete the move before this weekend’s Serie A opening round of games.

The medicals are also booked for Friday.

This effectively leaves Luis Suarez outside of Juve’s plans, as the first choice for Andrea Pirlo was always Dzeko.
