Sky Sport Italia reports Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran has been offered to Milan, but the Rossoneri can only pick one between him and Matija Popovic.
Milan are expected to sign at least three new players in the January transfer window and Matteo Gabbia’s return from Villarreal will be the first reinforcement for the Rossoneri this month.
However, Milan are also on the lookout for attacking reinforcement and according to Sky Sport Italia’s Manuele Baiocchini, Aston Villa striker Duran has been offered to the Rossoneri.
According to the report, Milan are interested in the 20-year-old from Colombia, but with just one slot for non-EU players available, the Rossoneri must choose between him and Popovic, a 17-year-old striker from Partizan Belgrade U19.
The likes of Serhou Guirassy and Jonathan David have also been linked with a move to Milan, but it remains to be seen if they can still be affordable for the Rossoneri after the Italian Government wrote off the Growth Decree.
Duran, 20, has made 21 appearances across all competitions this season, scoring four goals.
