Sky Sport Italia reports RB Leipzig winger Angeliño, currently on loan at Galatasaray, has agreed personal terms with Roma ahead of a possible January transfer.

Angeliño is currently out on loan at Galatasaray but is expected to leave the Turkish club in the coming hours.

Sky Sport Italia’s transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio claims the Spaniard has agreed personal terms with Serie A side Roma ahead of an initial loan move with an option to buy.

Angeliño has made 19 appearances with Galatasaray this season and the Turkish side would have to activate an option to buy for €6m after the 27-year-old’s next game for the club.

Roma and RB Leipzig are reported to be in advanced talks, so Angeliño could soon land in the capital.

Torino, Marseille and Villarreal have also been linked with the former Manchester City winger, but the Giallorossi are now leading the race to sign the Spaniard.

Roma will face Salernitana at the Stadio Arechi on Monday night and will meet Saudi side Al-Shabab in a friendly in Riyadh today.
