Milan Skriniar is preparing to negotiate his contract renewal with Inter after reportedly deciding to stay in the Lombardy capital.

The 27-year-old Slovakian defender, who is one of the most important players in Simone Inzaghi’s squad, was heavily linked with a move to Premier League side Tottenham last summer and now a number of top clubs around Europe have been linked with him again, including Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Skriniar has decided to stay with Inter and so he’s preparing to negotiate a new contract with the club. He currently earns €3m net per season and he’s looking for a raise to around €4.5m net per season, which he feels better reflects his importance to the team.
