The Lega Serie A have banned Atalanta’s Richmond Boakye for two games, and handed one game suspensions to five others.

Week 12 saw the Orobici’s young forward dismissed in stoppages for two yellow cards against Roma and for his complaints against the officials, he has today been handed a two-game suspension.

Simone Padoin was similarly shown two yellows for Juventus at Lazio and will serve one match on the sidelines.

Meanwhile, Parma’s Afriyie Acquah, Cesena’s Daniele Capelli, Lazio’s Senad Lulic and Sassuolo’s Simone Zaza are all banned for one game, having picked up their fourth bookings of the season.

Antonio Di Natale has picked up a €1,500 fine and a warning for his protests against match officials, whilst Atalanta, Roma and Napoli have all picked up fines of their own.

Atalanta are hit with a €30,000 penalty for the behaviour of their fans, for incidents including throwing flares and firecrackers on to the playing surface against Roma and directing a laser pen at Morgan De Sanctis.

Roma are fined €15,000 for their fans launching firecrackers and flares on to the pitch, whilst Napoli are fined €10,000 for their fans shining a laser pen towards the Coach and players of opponents Cagliari.
