“I have always been nomadic in my career, as I started travelling when I was 20 years old and have been in various different posts as a player and Coach, but I always thought the best place is where you feel at ease. It is possible to feel bad even in a marvellous place.
“I met many Coaches with different philosophies, like Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola. All of their visions are fantastic, everyone has their own idea of football and none is better than the other.
“I am not inspired by anyone, I don’t have a particular style of football, I just want to get the best out of my squad to win games.
“Cholismo? That is my only idea: winning. I don’t know any other. We need to do well to choose the players. In a team I have players who have been under contract since before the Coach arrived, who were not chosen by the new Coach.
“If you train Barcelona, you cannot play the same way you would at Inter. There are no bad players, they are all good at this level.
