Xherdan Shaqiri admits he found it “difficult” at Inter – “Roberto Mancini was constantly changing formation”.
The Swiss winger joined the Nerazzurri from Bayern Munich in January 2015, but lasted just half a season before moving on to Stoke.
“It was a great experience which allowed me to know what life and football is like in Italy,” Shaqiri explained to Tageswoche.

“It was a great experience which allowed me to know what life and football is like in Italy,” Shaqiri explained to Tageswoche.
“I found it very difficult, because Mancini was constantly changing formation and I eventually came to the conclusion that I’d be better off with a change of scenery.
“I’m happy that the experience only lasted six months, Stoke is different, you don’t finish in the newspapers every day, and I really like being able to train in peace.”
