Joao Mario returns to Inter after his Lokomotiv Moscow loan, but Sevilla, Valencia and some German clubs are interested.

The 27-year-old midfielder has proved to be a real weight on Inter’s finances ever since he was signed from Sporting CP for €40m in the summer of 2016.

He failed to make an impression at San Siro, then had a series of unsuccessful loan spells at West Ham United and Lokomotiv Moscow.

The Russians also declined to take up their option to buy Joao Mario outright, so he is back at Inter.

According to Sportitalia, there is hope for a sale this summer, primarily from Spanish sides.

Valencia were already reported to be interested, while now Sevilla have stepped forward, seeing Joao Mario as an ideal heir to Ever Banega in their midfield.

There are also some Bundesliga sides believed to be keeping an eye on the situation.
