La Gazzetta dello Sport confirms Pierre-Emile Højbjerg is Juventus‘ priority target to replace Paul Pogba in January, but the Bianconeri are also looking for reinforcements in attack and Domenico Berardi remains their priority.

Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli said on Monday that the Old Lady could make one new signing in the January transfer window. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tottenham midfielder Højbjerg is the Bianconeri’s priority to replace Pogba, who has been suspended after failing a doping test on August 20.

This is not the first time that Højbjerg, who is struggling for playing time in North London, has been mentioned as a top target for the Bianconeri in central midfield. Gazzetta claims Lazar Samardzic (Udinese) and Youssouf Fofana (Monaco) are also on Juventus’ radars for the January transfer window.

According to the report, the Bianconeri are also looking for attacking reinforcements and have set their sights on Manu Koné (Borussia Moenchengladbach) and Habib Diarra (Strasbourg Alsace), two attacking midfielders, while Sassuolo ace Berardi is the main target for the attacking winger role, followed by Shakhtar’s Georgiy Sudakov.
