Verona President Maurizio Setti believes the Super League clubs should not be sanctioned but insists the breakaway competition was not fair.
It is reported 11 Serie A clubs signed a letter demanding action against Juventus, Milan and Inter for their part in the Super League fiasco, but Verona are not among them.
"I think it's correct not to do it [the Super League], I agree with almost everything I've hear these days," Setti told DAZN before Inter-Verona.

"I think it's correct not to do it [the Super League], I agree with almost everything I've hear these days," Setti told DAZN before Inter-Verona.
"However, I would take some time before deciding on possible sanctions because maybe directives are coming from a higher level.
"During the Lega Serie A meeting, we suggested discussing the matter with serenity.
"I wasn't informed about the letter. We must be united, otherwise it all becomes really difficult."
